Is the PTO in Kronos accurate? I can’t seem to find my remaining PTO anywhere.

Well, @nsu, I figured this may be a decent place to ask a question about yet another laughable step in our transformative growth. I wasn’t positive if this glitch was exclusive to me as I am one of the few who took some time off to ring in the new year.
Don’t worry though. In addition to the snakes in our leadership, it’s colleagues like you who can’t just say something positive and always need to be negative, that make me so grateful to be leaving this c-ap shoot after I milk my PTO. Allstate blows and so do at least 30% of the people who work here.
What does Kronos being messed up have to do with layoffs, potential layoffs, or effects of past or current layoffs?
It’s not accurate at this point - senior staff in my dept advised that carry over days, purchased time and holiday deviation days are not appearing correctly. No ETA on when it will be fixed
I also bought 5 pto days and it’s not showing in the Kronos bank
It’s based on hours now, no longer days. Talk to your supervisor.
Why not ask your mngr, open chat with HR or look in Kronos where it says accrual. There's an arrow right there where you can see your Pto bank.
Keep in mind you accrue PTO, it's based on hours not days. So divide the number you see by 8/hrs.
