Raiding for former dispatchers?

The greatest part is there is no hiring class in the works. A dispatcher takes 6 months to train and 2-4 years to get decent. When it downward spirals it will go down fast. I have heard they are raiding the company for former dispatchers and making them requalify.

This interests me a lot. Are there any more insights about their search for former dispatchers?

What happens when that AI robot glitches out? Artificial intelligence is only as good as the intelligence that created it. Remember that!

They’re also having corridor managers with no dispatch experience work the desk.

Don't worry be happy. We can replace Dispatchers with AI robot, training will take seconds. One programmer can fiddle with the python code and fix any scheduling problems in real time. It's just supply chain mechanism that needs polishing.
