If I didn't know better I would think the purpose of "Transformative Growth" is to prepare the corporation to be sold.

Customer service has dropped dramatically. It’s taking weeks for adjusters to inspect cars at shops .
I agree. It seems the most plausible explanation for what's going on is that the plan is to make Allstate look good on paper to sell it. Why else would these decisions to cut and restructure make sense.. at least the way it's being done and so quickly. Too much collateral damage is being suffered for any realistic long term successful operations... unless the plan is to sell.
Still bleeding out long-term clients and the lack of concern at-the-top is appalling. Instead, corporate word-speak continues to obfuscate the issue — the emperors have no clothes.
Nah, it's just that Tom, Glenn, Eric, Julie, and the rest of the slime at the top are so grossly incompetent and clueless on how to run this company that it seems this way. None of them could read a policy or discuss with a customer or agent to save their lives. They are like a bunch of barnyard pigs trying to solve a math problem.
