a disproportionate number of native western folks were terminated in the recent harrying of layoffs. Or maybe it’s just me. These are strange times after all and strange times sure can be stressful. We should focus on the positive though: at least non-natives weren’t horribly affected and better yet, more of them will be given jobs and opportunities in the near future. It’s much more important that they have gainful employment and a bright future to look forward to because Western people have enjoyed much prosperity in their home countries for quite some time. It is time that they give some of their homemade pie of prosperity (baked with the blood, sweat, and tears of their ancestors over the course of centuries) away to the grateful and benevolent non-natives and newcomers from foreign lands. All animals are equal but some are more equal than others. Fairness matters.

More like tenured employees with a lot of PTO and higher salaries were given the boot. Which is why they came out with the form in December 2019 stating we wouldn’t sue Allstate but would agree to mediation. I don’t know about the rest if you but I will like I had to sign it under duress
