It's not right they are using the pandemic to under compensate and guilt their employees. Why isn't the CEO volunteering to forgo his salary or take the symbolic $1 salary as a gesture of good faith? Lead by example, please.

The Winning the Future 4 hour indoctrination sessions should have been scheduled prior to their 1.5% "reward" - good luck motivating employees now....

This is disappointing considering all of the recently promoted SVP, VP and AVP roles in NYC alone! Guess "flattening the organization aka no promotions " only applies to lower grades who make up the majority of the company. Covid-19 will be the running excuse for low raises and bonuses for as long as they can get away with it. Shameful.
