The latest WFR is being accelerated and will occur on Jan 22. As of now this involves 237 people. These will primarily target level 5 and above in Delivery and in the Offerings group (fmrly TOPS). The majority will be in the Americas, with less than 20% of these in Northern Europe and UKII. As of yesterday the list has been expanded and more may be added later.

Well it' s the 25th and I have heard nothing I am still here and I do almost nothing every day
Just to verify, 2 people from delivery was RIF and announced today was their last day. So something is going on but not sure of the scale.
Its all BS, these trolls come out with these statements regularly hoping that one day they Will br right purely by coincidence. Was on UKIIMEA call yesterday and no word of layoffs anywhere in fact the mood was very positive aroudn financials. The new dictat of UKI staff to WFH without any meaningful consultation is a worry and would really make you wonder what the point of or how effective a Works Council is. Turpentine talked about the hope the vaccine brings and then says its not enough hope so you staying at home for good with no contribution from DXC to wifi, light, heat etc. He talks out both sides of his face so hard to know what to belive

Eds is where the problem is. Those accounts were never profitable. They tried to offset the losses with hardware sales but HP is no longer owning EDS.

I was affected; 35 years starting with EDS, then HP, then HPE, then DXC.
Only 237 people? if you know it's 237 then list from what area's or peoples initial's (not names) as it's not allowed on this site
Most offering teams will be cut to one person. Projects that are not above the 16% margin will have team members cut to raise the profit margins of those projects. So even if you are billable you are susceptible if your team is not profitable enough.
After 13 years I was one of the people that was notified yesterday that I will be laid off on January 22. This was completely out of the blue to me and just continues to show how this company and the values their employees.
Will it be targeted to specific people in those targeted groups or will be sent to all within them?
