As a former Esurance employee I am disappointed how much Eric has thrown us to the wolfs. At Esurance he always was down to earth and really cared about workers and customers, not money beyond all else.

Simple..... it's all about the Benjamins!
That dipshit doesn't realize anything that isn't spelled out on his teleprompter.
Maybe folks should provide Eric, Glenn and Tom's phone numbers to the customers so they can let them know how impressed they are with Transformative Growth.
Eric Brandt doesn't and hasn't ever cared about us Esurance folks and it is even worse now that he has skunk into the vile swamp that is Allstate. He was a sheep in wolves clothing before Allstate's acquiring of Esurance and his arrogance and lack of empathy (he tried to fake empathy) during the layoffs was clear as crystal. All about him and his filthy wallet and holding onto any power he can. Little does he know the big Allstate machine will eventually chew him up and spit him out sooner rather than later. It shall make for exciting times eh Brandt?
Mr. "Exciting Times" has been a piece of caca long before the absorption into Allstate. Always these rah rah smile smile facades he put on but doing the same similar mumbo jumbo that his now "partners in slime" Tommy and Glenn have been long known for. Any slim amount of decency and values Eric Brandt had left at all was s—ed out of him like the movie Lifeforce by Tommy, Glenn, and the rest of the slimeballs at the top of the Allstate corporate cesspool. We need to actively hold our noses in the future when any if them are around.
I would say that you didn't see the real EB when you were at Esurance and I bet, didn't work in the Rocklin office (CA). We were already being treated like all of Allstate claims are now because Esurance (prior to the Allstate take over of the brand) was slating our office for a mass reduction and we were expecting them to close our office. They took all new job opportunities at our location away, no more promotion opportunities available, etc and they did it all with same, isn't this going to be GREAT attitude like we were all a bunch of id–ts that didn't notice the writing on the wall. THEN Allstate hit us with wipe out of the brand name and I watched as the rest of Esurance finally understand how we were feeling.
