Is maintenance and the fuel station getting raises? Would be nice since everyone else has.

Outsourcing? Well, that makes sense. It would cover pay increases for the other departments if they outsourced maintenance, café, and the gas station.
They did this some time ago with the taste people. That use to be done by Sam's Club associates.
If they don't give gas station attendant to raise like $15 an hour then going to have no f** body out there and that's a fact especially to people like me got to work inside and do gas station so where's my $15 at if not goodbye

Maintenance is to be outsourced to 3rd party company. No raise for gas attendants.
If they tried to replace maintenance with member frontline, that would sure cause problems.
No one wants their groceries bagged by a cashier who has just finished cleaning the toilets, after those nasty women (members,) who refuse to flush. They are disgusting. Let alone those who urinates on the floor. And people who smear whatever that is all over the walls. Cashiers aren't going to do that. Fulfillment isn't going to do it. Merch? Fresh? Meat?

I’ve heard the maintenance position is going to be eliminated and replaced by member frontline. Just a rumor though.
