Did anyone else get a notification that their Virgin Pulse part of the Wellness Hub was being cancelled effective Feb 4th? Could this be a sign of pending layoffs? Or was this an expected thing after completing the wellness incentives for the health insurance discount?

The person who just posted there are no Feb layoffs was incorrect. Trolls and others who are inconsiderate of others who may have just lost jobs should go back to other social blogs where there sarcasm might be welcome.... or not....
Well its Feb 4th for those if us that got this email. Doesn't look like anyone was laid off.
Seems Virgin Pulse has mo–ns working for them just like Dell does.

everyone got a email says sorry from virgin pulse but not everyone got the email of their account termination.....

employees did get a message from virgin pulse stating their account was cancelled from their employer(Dell) as of Feb. 4th.... The rest is speculation, was it a blunder by virgin pulse or was it a precursor to a actual layoff from Dell and someone sent the update prematurely

Correct, my guess is that in the next couple weeks you will get the real notice so don't get caught with your pants down. For me, well I am close to retiring, and made a deal to stay on for a several years before covid hit. Might be a early gift for coming for me.....
If folks received that notice and others did not, but all are signed up for that membership....I would at the very least prepare my resume and start applying just in case. Your boss is not going to tell you the truth anyway
Rumour has it that they accidentaly cancelled the wellness accounts of those folks next on the chopping block before they are to be formally let go.
We received a notice to ignore the email. Tons of folks received it. It was sent in error.

Dell has layoffs every quarter. Even when it’s not about cost cutting, it’s how they let people go without going through the lengthy and awkward review process of firing somebody. But - they also change things all the time so just because there’s an update to Wellness stuff doesn’t mean anything.
If you like it there, do your job, rave about how great it is on the Tell Dell survey, and stop posting about your insurance benefits, merit increase questions etc on this site. Remember Law of Attraction? First - if you are working there, you shouldn’t be on here, and second, if you keep thinking you might get laid off you probably will!
