Being pushed on projects? Ask about an incentive payouts and then wait for correct answer before doing squat. I am sure it is important and we need to make the dates....if it is that important then SHOW ME THE MONEY

We paid out incentives to the top 151 at WIN last year for incentive pay. We lowered the bar to make for easy goals. Those LR5 named in the chapter 11 were paid outthe most. If you are a staff or management employee you don't have a chance.
