To all our LA colleagues, is it really as bad as they say? I've seen reports that downtown LA has turned into a giant homeless encampment made up of thousands of tents and shanty town structures. Around 75% of restaurants closed?
Anyone considering leaving for greener pastures?

Los Angeles is probably the best city to live in if you're homeless.
This place is dead.
House prices are too high. It’s crowded here. We have a homeless problem. Traffic is terrible. It’s pretty bad.

It's not just downtown, it's tents on the beaches and tents on the sidewalks in the suburbs too. Venice beach looks like Tiajuana shanties.
