Who else considered quitting this morning just to avoid having to return to this hellhole after managing to de-stress and actually remember what it feels like not to have your insides constantly in a knot? I don’t think it’s ever been so hard for me to get myself to go back to work as it was this time. I never thought I’d be saying this, but being laid off now seems as a preferable option to this state of mind.

Working in the Roseville California office a couple years ago I literally developed an ulcer. Too many claims and not enough people to work them. A toxic environment is an understatement as two people died that year from heart attacks connected to that office
Sounds like someone’s not transforming! Bad employee! BAD, BAD EMPLOYEE!! No pension for you ( or anyone else once Allstate cuts that out)!!
Being laid off was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. Allstate is so toxic and not a place any human should depend on for their livelihood and not a company that anyone should do business with.
Did not return. Shredding checks now. Enough is enough. So nice to return calls this morning and able to say. NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY!! Call India !!
Yeah. I have nothing lined up but being unemployed for a while honestly seems preferable to this.
Sounds like somebody’s got a case of the Mondays! Have some tendies and dewie for lunch it will surely brighten your day!
THE TRANSFORMATION IS A NIGHTMARE. Nothing works as designed and less help when you need it most. The next generation of walking clients has begun. Progressive Ins. is celebrating our misery.
