Bob doesn’t care. He made more at intel than he could ever imagined. This was a gift that kept giving because Intel promotes and rewards failures.
Bob was clueless from day 1. As a CFO, his path to 30, path to 300 were flawed. They were nice slogans. But kudos to him for knowing what intel valued. Fluffy story telling, management by easy to digest slogans. He immediately surrounded himself with political charlatans Aicha Evans, Asha Keddy, Murthy, Randhir etc, people who are not even aware how stupid they actually are.
Bob lacks basic semi industry expertise and min technical knowledge.He seems to be keeping clowns around him because probably he Doesn’t want to show his lack of knowledge in forums.
I have never once seen Bob having his lunch or coffee at the intel cafeteria. Never once. These outsiders feel they are too good to go and eat at the cafe. What is worse is someone like Raja, having his admin buy his lunch using company credit card. They want to charge even their lunch to intel. What despicable bunch. Total corrupt, incompetent losers
But Bob made his $100M. More than he ever imagined and deserved. He doesn’t care. I am sure he actually prefer to leave.
Bob already deployed his $69M or $99M parachute back in 2019. He'll be fine. As for the rest of the Intel peons? Hope you saved up and are ready for forced retirement. Too bad Bob didn't spend any of that $10-12Billion/yr stock buyback money on retaining real talent or EUV tools LOL!
Good video. I like that guy, he is a straight shooter and said Intel #1 job is building the best CPUs. What an out of the box thinker compared to our actual CEOs who are always out flying drones. He specifically criticizes the diversity initiative and carbon footprint reduction efforts as distracting Intel from the real task.
