OP you know why you don't have time and energy because Sears is overworking you like a dog! When things were getting bad I just started to do the bare minimum manager would complain and ask so much it was overwhelming. In my department we needed at the least 3 people with over 30 hours it got to the point only one had over 30 hours and the other 2 under 15 it was out of control.
When I got here and saw that stores were closing I told lots of my close co workers start applying jump the sinking ship before its to damn late. A lot ignored me, thought I was crazy, were loyal puppets to a company and a store manager that didn't give a care for them. Out of no where store closed people got screwed.
OP get your act together and start applying do one application at a time Sears isnt worth it. Where I am at I got my W2 I have made compared to Sears 3 times more. Its insane how much more money I have made with actual benefits I am glad I left Sears because honestly it was life draining it was just sad...
OP in a way your at fault because you should of left the company a while back. A lot were sheep to the company stayed loyal I understand if you were an old person ready to go, but if you arent your wasting your time make up time talk to you family and get the flipping out of this sh!t hole!
