Rajiv Ramaswami deserves to be sued. He is not an innocent bystander in all this. When you work for a public company and hold any of the top executive positions then you are required to follow certain laws. They should also investigate his role in acquisition of several startups founded by Indian founders. He is known to pass inside information about the company strategy and other sensitive information to his favorite VCs who are from his hometown and speak his language. Almost all Indian executives in valley are involved in this type of activity and it has become so routine that no one ever thinks this is wrong and no one prosecutes them.

Funny the press release of vmware regarding this bluff lawsuit.

It just another waste on efforts and money that vmware has become really very good in doing.

Instead of trying to build the company, the leadership continues to drain it.

Senior managers are promoted despite s-xual relationships with interns at NSBU. What a disgrace.

If you are a decent engineer, find somewhere else as Many of us did.

What do they expect to gain? California does not allow non-compete clauses in contracts.
Could this be a ploy to distract from the fact that upper management is cashing out and leaving?
