Who can I report my club too I recently transferred and I’m so over not having handhelds to do my job 5 to split between our cpu department that does 100-130 orders a day and the merchandise crew. Managers here don’t care rumor is gm has 10 new ones sitting in office but will not give them out. Do I just call ethics? I was told today by my assistant manager that he knows how it is to come into sh–ty circumstances about not having a handheld to work.

Most of the stores if not all give us equipment to work with! Many associates doesn’t care about anything and brake whatever they get, them they complain, not having the equipment to work with, I mean really! Be adults and stop complaining be great full you have a job! If don’t like it move on! Happy 2021.. God Bless
To cover your own butt make sure you write down dates and times and whoever else was within earshot of your conversations. After 20 years in this joint i found that to be most helpful when it comes to a he said she said situation.

Well I’m a team lead 5 years with the company I would rather not just not do my job I’m here to do my job and serve the members not these managers.
If they don’t provide you with the equipment to do your job don’t do it there is nothing they can do
