Return the severance, tell them they sent it on the wrong day.
The other person claiming they've witnessed violation of policy/law for 20 years, you are/were part of the problem. Look in the mirror.
Seriously...most everyone gripes about how long it takes for the check...and then you get and you people are p-ss-d on the day it is paid. Grow up. I got mine on thanksgiving. Best fourth Thursday ever in last 35 yrs.

Ahhh yes. I got the "in your face" Thanksgiving severance drop too from those slimeballs. Time to sing like a canary. These nimrods may want to remember how much networking within multiple DOI's and how much damning information and process details can be done in two plus decades of service in a claims and compliance areas. Oh yeah, aren’t they great ? They plan everything with a psychological philosophical theoretical REASON. They do nothing without data intelligence sources to find the “ best way” to handle every move they make. It’s a good thing to be done with this sinister company. Take the money and run. It’s not going to get better no matter how many sappy emails they send out, portraying how “thankful” they are for the “people” and how grateful for all “you do” and how it’s so touching and lovely this time of year. One big middle finger to you Allstate. You phony pieces of sh/t. Nothing will change until the employees find a way to really transformatively change this sick in the head outfit. Tom Wilson retire already okay ? That would be a great place to start. And would make thousands of people VERY happy.
