Why even shop at brick and mortar stores anymore?

Can’t beat Amazon prices. I buy hardcovers from them and paperbacks from my independent.
L O V E Amazon’s customer service . If there’s any kind of problem, they fix it. The same books Barnes sells only less expensive.
Um, because if all brick and mortar stores go away, it'd be pretty c-appy.
I'm not buying from B&N, but Amazon isn't a friend to book sellers or customers. Come on.

Exactly. BN doesn’t deserve loyalty. It hasn’t shown loyalty to its employees for years !
Im a Bookseller and I buy from Amazon .
If they paid better & had a better discount I’d buy from BN.
