They adjust benefits and perks to make things even among the employees. Naturally, they always go the direction of taking things away to make it "fair"...in a race to the lowest common denominator.
Everyone take the two weeks, but for NA HEd, don't put on your OOO and respond to those who really need it. You all know how to handle day's off, and be sure your tracking is done for spring, but enjoy your time away from the office, and tell me what professional development books you're reading.
