Got it here too. Took them over 50 days to meet their obligations to our group but it is done and this chapter closed on my life. Good riddance to this place.
I still do not see the fact of severance being paid on Thanksgiving as a coincidence. There always seems to be sick mind games being played by this company. If it was tomorrow and being a Friday I might think differently as being a coincidence. It is almost like they are arrogant enough to try and make it look like we should be thankful for receiving the severance. They laid us off when it was not needed during a global pandemic when they admitted it was not really a dire need to. I would be thankful for my job but feel they are obligated to pay out this severance for their less than ethical layoffs. I know severance is not required to pay but with the way this was done as far as I'm concerned they owed it to us.
