Here it comes IBM wants this over faster than they are publicly saying End of June is the target. Americas will also have cuts, BUT since GTS/GBS in the Americas have easier work rules (no unions), they got their head count cuts done in May. The Americas will see their portion of the 2.3 billion dollar charge off accounted for with a spinoff like GF did
