Anything posted by the EMRE Planning & Strategy manager. She is obsessed with her leaders seeing her highlighting normal activities as excellent examples of “EMRE Behaviors” - especially when it involves KLTC or BTC. Considering she used to be a pretty good technical person, it’s sad to see that she’s turned into an empty suit, spouting management word salad every day.

When the VP of CSR posts useless posts on social media – there are certain noticeable psychopath employees from CSR and RTD who will click on the like button without wasting a single second. You will find that every single of these easily identifiable individual to be the worst of the worst in human nature.

Oh boy - the retire in 5 is the collection of the most financially illiterate people in the company.
No wonder we can’t make value-driven decisions.
That forum is a crude representation of the inadequate and incomprehensible HR/benefits sites plus the ineptitude and lack of foresight from employees. Plus the know it all, authoritative voice of another misinformed and over confident white dude telling every other Boomer what to do.
I wonder what those people do everyday beyond asking and answering the same questions over and over.

Too many to list from the Russian team of D&S on the retirement Yammer group. If the company ever got rid of Yammer those two would go through some serious withdrawal.

I saw EMIT Buenos Aires posting their growth in numbers... just couple of weeks ago when everyone else in EMIT was so shaken by big EMIT Europe cuts. Where did those insensitive tone deaf id–ts come from... I know the GBCs have always been aggressively competing but really, at this time!?

Our VP was dissatisfied none was liking or even reading her Yammer posts so she ordered everyone enrolled in the UIS subsurface group. Still no participation beyond praise from sycophants.

For the example, after the first lockdown, her planner posted about how awesome was to be back on campus to see the faces of his bosses. Only managers replied. Disgusting.

Post in Houston Campus yammer group complaining about how housekeeping was restocking toilet paper rolls.

Also the food rants in Houston Campus dining group, including posting a picture of food the person was unsatisfied with. Why post on yammer instead of actually talking to a human being. Go talk to the station the food from came from, I’m sure food service would provide replacement or refund.

I can proudly say that I have not visited the Yammer website once during my 5 years with the company.

EMIT Brazil recently bragging on Yammer that they had over 500 employees and are continuing to grow while the rest of the company is laying off = ridiculous, tone deaf, etc.

Forget about yammer. Check out professional social media like linkedin. There are few psychopaths and losers from our beloved research organizations RTD, CSR etc. who shamelessly "like" everything pathetic that ExxonMobil executives post.

It is amazing how quickly these characters click like – you would think that they are just sitting on LinkedIn with fingers on the Like button read to be pressed for any and all EM VPs and upper management posts.
