The use of ‘tired old men’ as a descriptor is a disgusting one to hear from people who are supposed to be peer group associates. Here’s a reality check: the majority of people described as tired and old are the ones who built the majority of the systems that have been generating revenue for years, and allowing associates to support their families. The fact that they’ve had to work under mediocre management isn’t their fault. They did what they could.
@2peo+17XhjQmd - you are so right. This descriptor is so horrible, those people built the company and deserve better. We'll all get old and tired one day but the bottom line is that people have been working under awful management.
