Is anyone in this department working????I will never understand as slow as business is why 90% isn’t shown the door. What the heck do they do all day???? Still doing fake audits???

Anyone know how all these layoffs have affected the safety department boys down in Lafayette, Louisiana?
Remember many times looking at old safety audits and not one thing done except piss away money—-it was shocking.
In Bakersfield California, our safety department doesn’t do anything productive. All they do is drive around all day and wash their trucks every other day on WFT dime... oh yay they do give us a daily weather report... if I want a weather report I’ll look it up on my phone or news channel... minimize the safety department down, we don’t need a safety captain s—ing up payroll when we already have several safety department personnel...
Someone has to sort these radar cards. Without these cards, the company would be lost. Radar wranglersssssssssssss
Amazing how some employees just float and stay on the payroll all these years.

You have to have a safety dept to work for most oil companies
