What to do if you still have not received your vacation payout?

Try email Payroll, normally they will respond the next day. I got my vacation pay on the 20th.

Your admin has to submit the form before payroll can handle it. I would see if payroll has it and if they don’t then I would contact HR to have them contact the admin to find out what the hold up is... my admin actually turned in middle of October before my last day and mine was paid on 11/15.

You need to talk to Payroll (select active employee). I took the PIL in July and was told then that my vacation would pay out end of October. When it didn’t I had to talk to Payroll. They said it had been “approved”, but still needed to be processed by them (which could take 30 days). I received it last week.

Everytime I called when the wait time is around 30 mins, it hangs up on me automatically...

Call your ExxonMobil Benefits representative. They should be able to tell you over the phone when your check will arrive. It may also be deposited in your bank account if you had payroll direct deposit.

Was talking to one guy, he just got his Friday.
They were totally unprepared for PIP in benefits. You can imagine how bad it will be when one thousand volunteers hit them at once. Then just have sixty days to get it done!!!
