Claims has laid off a lot of people, including management. They are a mess. With this new system the work product and service has taken a hit and the customers are not getting their claim addressed in a timely manner. Whomever is making theses decisions is making too many changes at once and it’s impacting everyone. With that said, many employees are leaving because the company has changed.

Town hall with new CTO was painful. I’m not confident in SLT. CEO LTL’s abominable. RIS stepped up really are the $ makers but not rewarded $. Many unhappy employees humping it and getting 1.5%

This EG are making all the wrong decisions. For businesses they do not know how to grow, they just sell them instead of hiring high quality talent. What will this new Foot Locker hire bring to the insurance industry table? Hire people who can actually grow the Company instead of gutting it for weak acquisitions.

Heard another one is happening after Thanksgiving in GTO so imagine this will be the new norm until they figure out how they'll structure the teams.
