What's your prediction as it relates to the possiblity of Corning Layoffs 2021? Any news or rumors?

There will be a reduction in the February time frame. Production work that has been performed at CISC will be transferred to the purpose-built facility in Durham, NC. This is not a surprise. It was the plan all along. Layoffs will also occur at the environmental plants: Erwin and Diesel. Any temporary or unclassified union members will be affected first. Some already have. They have an indefinite return date.
Super sorry to hear more layoffs might be on the way.
I think the automobile market will be completely changed a year from now. But, I would think, medical will be safe.
I predict CISC layoff Q1 or 2.
