Do you think there may be small/medium/large Discover Financial Services Layoffs 2021? Any news or rumors?

Heard they’re reducing the BT workforce by another 10% by may.
Expect another round of BT layoffs. Rumor says March - May.
Not sure about that but I guess there would be. They are shamelessly promoting officers to SVP/EVP levels which for sure is costing them millions. On the other hand, they’re firing 5% BT workforce. And then the promotions are on hold for folks like us which would cost them just few $ as compared to what they’re paying those officers. If the promotions are on hold, they should be for all. Isn’t this being biased?
