Will there be any Suncor Energy Layoffs 2021? Any news or rumors?

I've never seen a company with more management. Horrible dividends to shareholders for an oil company.
Refusal to get lean. More useless IT anyone? This company has it.
Suncor is a public company. However senior management has shown a lot of resiliency to fight this pandemic and preserve org structure. I believe that 2021 will be better year Qtr after Qtr. There won’t be any mass layoffs. 10% cut includes contractors. Not to worry.
Crazy reorgs coming in Q1.
