Start taking PTO in Dec and Jan. Good luck in your retirement and I bet you'll be glad this is all in the rearview mirror. Allstate hasn't been the same since Shapiro. :(
OP you best watch yo’self boyo, a few months to retirement...wouldn’t it be a shame if somebody....got terminated....and right before they retired! Shucks!! Must be that low claim count due to Covid we’ve all heard so much about
WERE ALL BUSY, WHATS ONE MORE CLAIM, IT ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES
ugh
That’s because you have a terrible boss who is doing this to you and not considering you as a human being. You are a piece of cattle to them.
I suppose you'll want to leave early on Xmas eve and take THE WHOLE DAY off on Xmas.
Why won't anyone think of the shareholders ROI?
Tag ..you’re it
Nothing normal going on here, being asked to do the job of two people is more like mental and physical abuse. Poor planning and implementation of this debacle of a "transformation" should not force the workplace into therapy to recover.
Claims have to go somewhere I guess.
Just grin and bear it.
