As a front line employee I can assure you all that a reckoning is coming for this company. I have been accumulating data on hours worked (which is grossly abused by ALL) along with current practices that the company is using to intentionally lessen severities which has in turn been a direct/intentional strategy to lessen payments to customers. The attorney I am working with has indicated that this will result in the company both having to pay millions back as well as result in publicity that will cost many millions more. I encourage you all to save any similar data as it may be VERY useful in the near futur
What we hear customers say on a daily basis is fact. 'Allstate does not want to pay', 'I no longer feel like I am in good hands', 'everyone in my neighborhood is getting coverage', 'why are you asking my contractor to gather pics? Isn't that your job?',

It is an unspoken expectation at the DOCs to work more than 40 hours.
Corporate goons will continue to eat away at employee rights, will make working unpaid overtime normal again, will overload employees with so much work and stress that it will feel normal. We need to stand up against this trend before it gets out of hand, employees should not suffer mental and physical abuse in the workplace. We need whistleblowers to unite and take action against this behavior before it becomes "normal". We all need our jobs to survive, we also need to not accept abusive behavior.
If you’re not salary yet they expect you to work over 40 hours and not pay you any overtime. I’m capturing all of the time I work that I’m not paid for.
Employees are now working 50 hours plus to keep up with claims

They use your data.
They sell your data.
- And you pay them...unknowingly giving them permission
They now call themselves a data company that provides protection products and services for whatever it is you want to protect. Home, Auto, Devices, Identity... the list goes on.
At least with FaceBook-you don’t have to pay to be a member and they take advantage of your data and monetize it.
