I had almost 30 years with this company and along the way I had wonderful leaders and mentors who helped me. During the last three years I had and no kidding, I had three bully managers. One was a male and two or female and each of them were horrible. One was a narcissistic sociopath, the other was just simply evil and the final one was a sniper from the side. That is what Allstate is promoting now, really cruel and mean people. On the other hand there are so many sweet and wonderful people still working within the company and I wish them the best.

Congratulations!! I'm glad I did the same earlier this year and it felt like a burden was lifted. This isn't the same Allstate we loved working for. Things weren't getting better on a daily basis and I have heard from former co-workers that it has gotten worse and reading things here have enforced that.

I left in August, I was one of the outside field techs pushed out the door for "ALLEGED" poor performance metrics. Blatant age discrimination, I was the senior outside auto tech in my state. I took 2 months off and flushed all the Allstate carnage from my mind and body. Took a job in a different field, less pay, less hours, less stress. Never felt better. Congrats on your retirement there is a better life waiting for you.
