I’m thinking sometime in March.

If they're planning on May, I'll take December in the poll. Nobody at Allstate can hit a deadline.
I don't wish losing your job on anyone especially given the time of year and everything else this year. But honestly not sure whose worst off in the long run.
Smaller scale layoffs as soon as January-February. Larger scale around May-June when National General is final and implemented. January to mid-2021 layoffs will revolve around National General purchase as well as the unrelated merging of different areas within service, sales, and underwriting. Also restructuring of the "team" and management philosophy for more permanent remote business model all as part of the continued implementation of the Transformative Growth initiative. Claims will likely be impacted mildly as they will be involved in the restructuring but not nearly as much as they were in the 2020 layoffs.
February
I’m trying to just get through this year bro. I’m not worrying about next year yet
I'll say January. Just guessing.
May 2021 is what they said
Nat Gen is on the docket. As soon as the deal is done. They’re looking at the numbers now.
