It used to be a lot of work, but now it’s too much. I am literally overwhelmed with work and experiencing burnouts and falling into severe depression. All this time I have been trying to be a good worker and doing everything in the best possible way, but the amount of work has now become unbearable. I wonder if it’s even worth trying to keep a job here anymore.
It is not at all clear to me how they intend to continue doing business like this and not doing anything about the workers who are falling from fatigue?

Thank you!
Take some time–steal it if you must–to update your LinkedIn profile and professional resume. Do not let the work rule your day. This is for you and your family well-being, not Centene's.
Take a few minutes out of the day to reach out to your contacts. Say it's time for you to move on. Keep it short. And for them to keep eyes open. Make new contacts.
Start to network for a new situation. Or get practice in on applying for jobs and interviewing.
Whatever you do, keep it under wraps till you have the offer in writing and you can safely give two weeks notice. And then keep where you're going confidential until you're there for a while.
I totally know where you are coming from. I’ve been in my position almost a year and I have not been trained! Yet, high expectations are still there. I’m accountability is the keyword, regardless! Right now I’m over medicating to cope.
