Any store trying to get their act together before black Friday sales? It seems nothing is getting done to make our store more “presentable” and I’m wondering if management will wait until the last minute to dump a boat load of cleaning tasks on us. I can see it happening, which will be rough considering we are already overworked as it is.

My manager told me that the company is going to run a unique promotion . We are going to do Covid 19 vaccinations in the cafe. If you get a vaccine and spend $50, you get a free latte. Spend $100, get 2 free lattes , spend $150 and get 3 free lattes , spend $200 and get 4 free lattes. I asked them if you spend $250 , do you get 5 free lattes . They didn’t know the answer.
I haven’t seen the floor mopped since I came back in the summer. It’s filthy.
If your DM is writing her name in the dust. You wonder why people aren’t coming into your dirty store?! There’s a pandemic and BN postures by saying they’re cleaning and the stores are safe.
How many people in your store have tested positive?
Just for fun, I called about 6 different stores and asked them when their liquidation sale is happening. Their response is not surprise, just a kind of resignation that they too can see the writing on the wall but can't comment about it. It if very funny.
Our useless DM used to write her name in the dust on the shelves. What a tacky woman.
Our manager is on her fat arse on her phone all day. At least she stays away from me most of the day.
They need to “dump cleaning tasks” on you. The stores are filthy !
People keep asking me when we're having our going out of business sale.
