This is a layoff site for impacted laid off employees and/or the potential thereof. Screw your "Christmas bonus". Where is my severance!!!
I miss the old days where we had office-wide X-Mas parties to recognize us for our work throughout the year.......management still gets theirs. :(
18 years and the closest thing to a holiday bonus in my department has been a team potluck. I’d prefer the $25 gift card.

It’s the second stimulus check in January that we’re getting from Uncle Sam ..that’s our bonus !
We get plenty of benefits. That’s why we’re are here
“E” band is bonus is UP to 10% of their salary. Bonus’ are NOT always given out to bonus level employees.
The leader determines if a bonus is given - and again, it can be from 1-10% of for an “E” band.
Pay grade E and above get bonuses. The bonus percentage grade E can receive is 15% of the salary. Higher pay grades are eligible for higher percentages.

In 2019 I got $5500
In 2020, I got around $2000
Uh no. They don’t give bonuses to front line workers. Your CSL may give you a present that they paid for themselves but the company won’t do it. Never has. The company has no claim adjuster bonus program. Hahah hahah. Only bonus for executives. Hahahaha. Get real folks.
Serious question. Did they ever do bonuses? Ive been with the company since December 2019 and havent heard. My gut says no but just want to know what to expect.
