250 full-time employees and 150 contractors in Small Cell and Fiber. A lot of upper management positions were given the option of a severance or a demotion with a pay cut. Wish other employees had that option. If you didn’t get laid off in this round I would start updating my resume and looking. There are more to come in the beginning of first quarter. No sales to pump up here, only reducing headcount and cutting expenses to offset SR losses and right the ship. I wonder if EMT had a mulligan, would they sc-ap or reduce $55M Houston TX HQ plan? What's the point in having this 13 story building with almost 200k sq ft if you ultimately have people working remotely or you start laying them all off?
Pump up sales by the end of your year lol.... Yeah, get piece of that black Friday telecom rental market, hahaha.

Stocks we were given as part of our annual incentive are being striped away as if they were not earned!!! Just adding to the EMTs bottom line! 👎
I was notified 11/19 that 11/20 was my last day. As the EMT, Jay Brown and his clan have been hidden for months while working on this behind the scenes. Transparency....are you serious!!! Get real with the people that are making you all rich!!!

so if you had Restricted Stocks as part of your annual incentive, and they cut you early to save money on paying that out, seems pretty terrible to me.
