Applied, was disqualified through Nov. 7 due to the extra paid, but am qualified now that it's past Nov. 7. Apply and let the TWC tell you whether or not you qualify and at what date you qualify. There is a waiting week, so the earlier you apply the better.
You can, but the extra amount of money Pioneer gave you (for non-used PTO) will count as compensation so TWC will not accept your request.
