Every time I attend a meeting with higher ups in IBM from all the different divisions I supposedly part of, I get the impression that the higher ups at every level is out of touch with the people in IBM that actually do any of the work.

The only thing they're concern with is Revenue. Everything else is unimportant. Even clients after a signed contract. Employees are just cost against revenue.
Yes. Typical in an organization that has been outsourced to the bone and where lack of pay or benefits leads to a completely apathetic workforce.
