Next week is my final week. When is HR providing exit paperwork? It’s hard to elect Cobra if they are not notifying employees of the costs etc. Has anyone getting laid off next week received any correspondence other than the info. emailed weeks ago?

What about the lapse in time where you may not have coverage? This should be well communicated and seamless, although it is not!
You have 60 days to sign up for Cobra. Shop around. Shop the affordable care marketplace. It is cheaper
You'll get your information online a few days after your last day. Just be prepared to spend $500+/month for just 1 single adult. It's complete trash.
