Why would internal audit have any information on our information. If by chance they are aware why tell a store associate that may be involved.....
The auto centers have been a theifs dream for years. Lots of shrink but not owned by transformco directly so we assisted from our cctv distance and it was to much theft so we suggested shut it down now..

Why not replace the employees and keep the auto centers open? Otherwise sounds like something the real LP would never do.
Spoke with internal audit and they have no records of LP doing anything.
We started the closings of auto centers...we audited the books and shut it down..not a party but a horror show.

I haven't been replaced by anybody. All I know is I am out of a job come early December.
They are loss prevention associates trained that replaced the bad apples. It was a solid operation by professional loss prevention investigation experts.

We took down the round rock call center cell...now its on to store theft and management time theft..all eyes on you k mart managers....
Why no shrink?
Because there’s no inventory left for lp to steal.
The tool selection online is down to 1164 total items and most of them are individual wrenches and sockets. Sears days are definitely numbered.

Not true on the iq with shop your way theft...most offenders are involved in other white collar crime with high intelligence.
Loss prevention investigations usually start with shop your way and managers stealing and often turns into local law enforcement support....recent budget cuts have us disadvantaged but we all have tremendous training in fitness programs....glad to help folks and proud to serve.
Never heard of anyone getting fired for shop your way points theft...its usually tied in to a bigger thing like manager time theft or store use tools being taken from staff... its still a good take down and thank god these guys are trained..one thing i learned is these guys handle taking out the trash,they have the training and the mindset to keep us safe...

there is someone here who actually got fired for stealing SYWR points. That person must have a very low IQ. Would explain his/her hate for loss prevention.
