What a pile. If there was that level of malfeasance there would have been arrests and would not be placing folks on administrative leave with pay.
That was a loss prevention move...inside info said the call center was involved in a shop your way points scam that ran deep....great job guys and looks like the training you received paid off...glad k mart was able to recruit and keep some former seal team 6 guys.
