All for not receiving any raises in years and decreasing bonuses or employees! Sounds like a great idea for executives! MIcromanagement, made up metrics set up for failure and no growth. Hmmm, Sounds fair to me! Hell no! The executives are so disconnected from their employees! How do you think customers feel? This company is a joke and do not deserve any loyalty to them or their customers! Pay for performance my a–! They do not have any vision or smarts! Good riddance Centurystink!

C-ap company and no loyalty to its employees!! So greedy and arrogant! Best decision ever to depart this company as I could get more respect working at McDonald’s flipping burgers! 21 years of dedication and sacrifices only to get thrown under the bus by management! Hope that works out for you as the dead end job ended in June! Find desperate employees that you can c-ap on for another 20 years! No leadership and absolutely no direction but down the toilet!

This company have zero loyalty and respect for its employees. We continue to go into homes and business to get the job done All they can do is write up all techs and tell them they are unsatisfactory and don't meet link to success numbers.
