Allstate has truly revealed their true selves after the introduction and execution of the RIF. I see so many of my peers losing the will to work hard for this company and these executives. Feels like we've never been working "for the customer", just the shareholders. Or maybe that's just a lot more apparent now? Not sure. Either way, production is way down, morale is at an all time low, and I don't see a lot of us even lasting for the rest of the year. Just upsetting to see a job I enjoyed turn into layoffs, pay cuts, and manipulation.
This place does not care if you stay, if you go, if you die, if you live, anything. If you're feeling the same way, this is your sign to get your resume updated, and start looking for something that will make you HAPPY. Worry about your mental and physical health before being miserable and making these billionaires richer. Full stop.
