https://www.thelayoff.com/t/17zKNbrd first post has figured it out. The number 3 spot is Red Hat and Forbes replaced it with IBM.
Perhaps the survey was taken only of execs? They could be the only people happy at IBM. Anyone below Partner is miserable.

Maybe IBM is doing this publicity program with Forbes magazine and paying them (directly or more than likely indirectly) to write good articles about them.
