Seems a lot of promotions again at the top. Any crumbs for the rest of us? I wish HR could talk about this concern in an open and honest manner. But this Windstream so I know better.

S:S COLA don’t maintain the rate of inflation.
It seems like more of the same. Promote the "yes "men"" and maintain the status quo, yet pushing us to work harder and harder for no additional benefit.
I would so much like to work harder to help us 'turn the corner'. But with no clue of the future, years of falling behind and the EXTREME nepotism mindset regarding promotions.....I would be a fool to try until this elephant in the room is finally addressed.
Yes raises are coming soon to the big guys. The rest of us will have to wait.
Social Security recipients have received many COLA adjustments over past few years. Windstream employees not so much. This is a fact.
