Amazing disaster! These people don’t know what they are doing! Duh!? If you don’t see that then you need to seek professional help!
Name change is an absolute JOKE! Same lousy management making the same lousy decisions... New name? Watch for all of the "benefits" slowly be taken away.... Bonus will the next to go, and they won't say anything about it until 2 weeks before the normal payout.
the way this Company is going the mcap will be zero at some point soon
Welcome to big business gang...just another delusional management monkey sitting around waiting for a handout from the tax payers to bail them out on all the "amazing things" that are not happening?!?! This should come as no surprise if you have been paying attention and putting the bread crumbs together....2 NEWLY formed segments have pillaged everything they could from Legacy Qwest, LVL 3 AND CTL and the last piece to the puzzle is the GAM contract still under DBA, Qwest. That has an end date as well and management has already shown their hand on how that is being handled in the near future! The NEW CTL segment, that carries most of the union contracts, copper facilities and declining revenue has been hung out to dry....this was priority 1 for their grand Master plan to be put into play! If your still on the train, hang on...the tracks are laid and its going to get worse before it gets better for the CTL segment. Pay for Performance does not work with Union contracts and I for one would be very surprised if you see this management come to the table for union negotiations ever again! Not using as scare tactic or downer, just being real honest here due to all the surprised comments and feeds I have been reading here lately....but don't take my word for it, go out and research all the droppings from the last 4 years and decide for yourselves where you fit within the company going forward!! Good luck to all and wish everyone the best life they can have, here or elsewhere.
I think the name change was a bad idea.
Go Seahawks!
