We've developed an Artificial Intelligence module that spits out long paragraphs without being able to say anything. He's using it. /sarcasm

They are trying to keep it generic so no one tries to read excessively in between the words and not to spook the people either by being too honest.
So it is to let everyone know they are still there aka have a presence without revealing anything significant and triggering people leaving voluntarily.
Same for most email on behalf of country managers. Communications folks writes it. Insincere.
