Whoa. Why did UTC rehire him in the first place?!
Did anyone bother to google him? He's a perpetual whistleblower: Been fired at least 3 times from UTC BU or UTC contractor since 2008 complete with a whole portfolio of wrongful termination lawsuits that he took on pro bono. PW just used this opportunity to get rid of what they must perceive as a "troublemaker".

I applied to 14 internal jobs (in ALL of the different RTX business units) since September 2019 and got rejected or ignored for all of them.

Agreed, I wouldn't return either. Crawling back to someone who dumped you in the coldest way possible reeks of insecurity. But I have self-respect.
I don't know man... I wouldn't go back there if they lay me off
