But... but... but... what about the basketball court and fitness center?! Oh, the humanity!
You act like $40 oil (or less) is good for your CO smugness game.
Have fun skiing!
All you chumps living in Houston to be close the bosses/power center - that sure back fires didn’t it? What’s worse: living in Houston or losing your jobs?
Someone should go up to 10 and grab the caviar and fancy snacks out of the executive mini fridges...
NEC is foregone. If you are lucky enough to be retained, you should be packed up by now.
Once again O&G companies are behind the curve. No flexibility, no breakthru thinking. Unless you are at the field you can work from anywhre. But old school thinking demands control and domination. No wonder younger folks are avoiding this industry.
Haha. They don’t care if you want to work downtown or not. Wishful thinking. You’ll be lucky to have a job, put your big boy/girl pants on and deal with the commute.
Not everyone wants to work Downtown though. It might be smart to keep a "suburban" option for employees and get rid of one of the half empty Downtown properties. Property Taxes alone would be a huge savings.
Hah. The people that live in that area were p-ss-d when the Ivory tower went up. Thanx Noble!
Whatever the lease says.... CVX will opt out. They have 2 building in downtown half empty
How long was Noble's lease on the building?
Synergies b–ches!
I heard similar from my boss.
